The Listing Option

Many of our clients prefer the traditional listing method because they are not in a cash strapped situation or seeking an immediate liquidation method and are more comfortable with the listing method. Since we have been receiving many requests from past and present clients to assist them with selling real estate by the traditional method of private treaty we have added another option to service our clients.
